Clara received a bachelors of science from St. Catherine University in social work and public health, with a minor in nutrition.
Clara has prior experience in research and in social services conducting research around homelessness in the Twin Cities, and has been a mental health counselors at RADIAS Health. She is currently completing her masters of science at the University of Minnesota in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration. Research interests include the social determinants of mental health and mental illness, program evaluation, loneliness, depression, suicide prevention, PTSD, and community based participatory research.
In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and visiting family in Chile.
